However, manufacturers may occasionally change packaging, artwork, product specifications, or other details without notice. Product colors and appearance may also vary slightly depending on your device or screen.

3. Trading Cards & Collectibles
Certain products sold by Heavy Meta Gaming may contain randomized contents, including booster packs, booster boxes, bundles, collection boxes, and similar trading card products.
Unless expressly guaranteed by the manufacturer or specifically stated on the applicable product page, purchasing a randomized product does not guarantee any particular:
- Card.
- Character.
- Rarity.
- Parallel.
- Autograph.
- Serialized card.
- Illustration.
- Insert.
- Other collectible.
Not receiving a particular card or desired pull does not mean that an otherwise authentic and correctly supplied randomized product is defective.
Heavy Meta Gaming does not guarantee the present or future resale, investment, grading, or collectible value of any product.
4. Product Availability
All products are subject to availability.
Adding a product to your shopping cart does not necessarily reserve inventory. Inventory may change before checkout is successfully completed.
Limited releases and highly demanded products may be subject to reasonable quantity restrictions.
If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we may contact you regarding an appropriate resolution, which may include cancellation and refund of the affected product.
5. Orders

Purchasing a pre-order does not guarantee that a manufacturer or distributor will maintain its originally announced release date.

11. Returns & Refunds
Heavy Meta Gaming accepts eligible returns in accordance with our published Refund & Return Policy.
Our current standard return policy provides a 30-day return window from delivery for eligible products.
For standard change-of-mind returns, products must generally be new, unused, complete, and in their original packaging.
Products originally sold as factory-sealed trading card or collectible products must generally remain unopened and factory sealed to qualify for a standard change-of-mind return.
Approved refunds are generally issued to the original payment method.

12. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
